The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
Itโs a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
What happened this week?
This was just a meh week, a lot of things went wrong and I just had a lot of those days where I just felt a bit off. Mostly small things that annoyed me.
Although they where also some good things that happened this week, like the Fate Core book and Diaspora book (both hardopies) that arrived, they are early birthday presents from my boyfriend. And to torture myself a bit more, I started re-reading the Fate Core book. Getting all enthousiastic for the system again.
Beside that on the blog this week was focussed on Touched series by Nancy Straight and I posted my reviews of the four books in this series. I still didn’t do a lot of blog visiting this week and I kinda lost me motivation for visiting blogs for a while, I hope it returns soon. I am sorry for not being more active visiting blogs :(.

– Cover Reveal: Goodness of Fit

Thanks Jeann, I hope next week will be better. And getting presents is always fun and I just couldn’t resist to read the Fate Core book in hardcopy now. My sister also got my birthday present already, although I won’t get it until my actual birthday, lol.
Nice week. You are a very busy lady. I try to keep busy, but it doesn’t work.

My boyfriend and I don’t like waiting on certain days to give each other present, so we usually buy things when we have a good idea and then tell it’s for a birthday or something like that so that when other people ask me what i got I can say that. I already got my boyfriend a present as well for his birthday, that’s still a few months away, lol.
I hope you have a better week. ๐ Happy reading…

Thanks Jenea ๐
Don’t apologize I have been awful with visits in the last month or so. The kids are finishing up school and I am hoping to have more time for visiting and creative posts in the summer. Looking to get a Laptop to help with that since I know my kids will be on the computer all the time in the summer leaving me no time at all to do anything. I think a lot of us go through blog visiting slumps every now and again lol
Hope this week is a better one for you!!!
I know it’s normal, but I still feel bad about it. I do visit some blogs, but then when I go to comment I have no idea what to say and leave again. I just feel like I don’t have a lot to say or don’t contribute something when I comment and I hate that feeling.
I hope you get your laptop soon, I can imagine your kids will want to use the computer a lot in the summer.
Game books are always good, sounds like pretty good presents. ๐ Hope your week ahead is a good one.

I already am 2/3 through the Fate Core book again and this is my second time reading it. I plan on writing a review of it once I read it again. I really want to play the Fate game though, but with all our friends busy it may take some time before we actually have time for our new campaign.
I guess your BF is an enthusiastic reader that as well which is so good to be able to share your hobby. My hubby does not read at all reallyโฆ only the newspaper:( He watches a lot of movies, and I’ll just sit on the sofa and read.
Have a great week and Happy Reading.

Yes my boyfriend reads a lot as well, although he usually has these periods of time where he reads a lot of books and other periods of time where he doesn’t read as much. We read different books then each other, but it’s still fun to talk about books with each other and we often have talks about certain plot points or world buildings in books we read, even though the other hasn’t read the itself it’s still fun to talk about.
