Smarties RIP

Yesterday afternoon we lost our little rat Smarties. We miss her so much and it was hard to see her deteriorate so quickly. She was always such an active and happy rat and it was so hard to see her suffer. Monday afternoon she died on the way to the vet. Friday evening I noticed she made some sounds when breathing, so we decided to keep a close eye on her and go to the vet on monday morning.
