sunday post

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

What happened this week?

This week was a pretty decent one, not everything went smoothly, but I had enough energy to handle things and that made a big difference. I had a few lower mood moments when I hurt my muscles and was afraid it would trigger another migraine, but luckily that didn’t happen. I did keep struggling with sore and tense muscles for most of the book. I got some things done around the house like some cleaning things, read some good books and did some work as well.

I did more prooflistening this week and am making good progress, but it’s a long book, so I still have a while to go and 4 more audiobooks that are shorter to prooflisten after this. I did some other work for the same author as well. And I worked more on the formatting project for the other author, the omnibus is done and I got the other book formatted as well now. Just waiting to see if they want any changes.

What did I read this week?

Winter Tales From Cozy Vales 2Scone Cold DeadPoisoning at the Party

This week I blogged about:

Review: Knot for Sale by Ember Blaze
Review: Spell Bound by F.T. Lukens
Review: Coffee, Milk & Spider Silk by Coyote J.M. Edwards
Lola’s Ramblings: How many Books do you read at the same time?

  1. Sounds like a decent week. Listening to your body is so important – it would seem you found a good balance between being productive, and still being comfortable and healthy 🙂 Thanks for sharing.

Glad you were able to have more energy this week and avoid any more migraines! That makes for a better week I’m sure. I pulled out a YA novel, one of the few I’ve ever finished, and am looking at editing it and maybe publishing it at some time. Just have to see if I can keep going on the chapters that I didn’t get to yet with revising Hope you have a good week!

    • I am so glad I didn’t get another migraine and could get a bunch of stuff done. That’s so exciting to hear you pulled out your YA novel and are working on it, good luck with the editing and hopefully publishing!

  3. It really helps when one has more energy. I thought I would drag but the warmer weather on Saturday helped me stay with tasks. I expected a quiet week with the not normal cold week and it was but it also let me stay home and do more. I hope this week is better. Happy reading
