What happened this week?
This week didn’t go very smoothly, with lots of small things not going right and then later in the week I got another migraine. I am finally feeling better, but it wasn’t the best week.
Work wise I worked I on wrapping up February’s work for the authors I do assistant work for and once that was done I started on March work. I also worked on a new review opportunity that’s now live on my website.
What did I read this week?
Ellen Outside the Lines by A.J. Sass
What I liked about it: reading about an autistic main character, the scavenger hunt, the descriptions of Barcelona, great characters and lots of diversity handled well
Stone Skin by Jenn Burke
What I liked about it: the romance, the two main characters and how they interacted with eahc other, found family and how the world building got expanded upon
Wraithling’s Blood by Kay MacLeod
What I liked about it: reading about the blood elves and their unique magic, how the story got wrapped up well even with the short length
