My To-Be Read List is a meme hosted by Because Reading is Better Than Real Life where at the beginning of the month visitors can choose which book I’ll be reading this month. On the first saturday of a month the poll will be up, then on the second saturday of the month I’ll announce the book that won and on the last saturday of the month I’ll post my review of the book.
This month I decided to go with something different than cozy mysteries, which was my theme for the previous two months. I am feeling in a bit of a fantasy/ paranormal mood, so I selected three paranormal/ fantasy books. Two of these have been part of a poll before. Two are paranormal shifter romance and one is more fantasy. One first book in a series and two third books in the series. And all the covers are orange, lol.

I had to vote for Dangerous Tide, because it sounds so different! I hope that you’ll enjoy whichever book is picked for your April challenge, Lola 🙂

The first two books in that series were fun, so I bought the third one and still haven’t gotten around to it. I am hoping I can read it soon.
Jaxon sounds really good so I went with that one!

It’s been awhile since I read a good shifter book, so I hope I can read one soon.

I was torn, Lola…I wanted to vote for Dangerous Tide because I know you like that series. But I ended up voting for Jaxson because 1) Wolf shifters!! and 2) My son’s name is Jaxson. 😀 I hope whichever book wins is a great read!
Bookworm Brandee recently posted…My TBR List ~ April ~ Let’s Vote
What a coincidence that your son’s name is Jaxson, definitely a good reason to vote for that one. I own quite some of this author her books now, but haven’t read any of them yet and I am in the mood for a good shifter book. It’s been a while since I read a shifter book. And the dolphin series I want to catch-up on soon too as it’s a fun one so far.
I had to vote for dolphins, because, well, dolphins. I hope you enjoy whatever wins. 🙂

The whole reason why I started that series ;). The concept of dolphin shifters is just too cool.

I’m a wolf girl so had to go with the wolf shifter book. 🙂 Jaxson and it has a nice cover too…lol. Hope you enjoy which ever wins!

I love a good wolf shifter book and I can’t remember the last time I read one and as I have most of the books in the series after this one, I really want to read this one soon.
Lola recently posted…My To-Be Read List #20: poll
Okay I knew I was going to pick Jaxson soon as I saw the cover HA! but I read the summaries anyway and it still has my vote

It sounds like a good one! And I haven’t read a good paranormal romance book in awhile.
Dangerous Ties, I know you enjoyed the other two so I am excited to see you read the 3rd one.

Yes the first two books were good and I immediately bought the third one and now months later still haven’t read it, event though I really want to read it.

I went with Jaxson because of that cover!

Covers are always a good reason to vote for a book 😉
Lola recently posted…My To-Be Read List #20: poll
I went with Dangerous Tides because wolf shifters…erm, no (I like wolves, but not as humans :)), and Collision sounds too sci-fi for my taste.
I’m actually not big on shifters at all, so I admit I had some trouble choosing lol.
I like all kinds of shifters and haven’t read a shifter book in awhile. I have read the first two books and it’s more fantasy than sci-fi in my opinion, although I love both genres.
I am enjoying the Dolphin Shore shifters series so far, the first two books were fun.
I like the sound of Collision but I can’t help but keep scrolling to stare at Jaxson…eek…tough choice!
I agree it’s a difficult choice this month, I want to read them all.
I Like this feature! I think it is great US your friends can help you to decide what you are going to read. 🙂
It makes me feel important 🙂
I had to go with Collision of course! fantasy first! 🙂

That’s what I love about this meme as well, it’s so fun to hear from my friends what they want me to read next and why and help me decide :).
It’s a good series so far, so I hope I can read the third book soon.
Lola recently posted…My To-Be Read List #20: poll
I voted for Dangerous Tide because anything with dolphin shifters has to be good. 🙂
Greg recently posted…Sunday Post #136
The first two books in the series were pretty good, although I wished the dolphin shifter concept would get explored more.
Lola recently posted…Sunday Post #172
These all sound so great. ButI voted for Dangerous Tide since I love dolphin shifters and they aren’t done enough in my opinion.
I always love to find unusual shifters in books, I would like to see more of the rare type of shifters. There isn’t much attention to the dolphin shifter aspect in the books, but they are good so far!
I voted for Collusion, because I liked the idea of living magic.
The magic system is very well done in the series so far 🙂
Ahhh dolphins? That’s different! The guy on book one is the guy on my review journal. lol
anna (herding cats & burning soup) recently posted…[A to Z] Lust–Books
Oh I didn’t realize it was the same guy that was on your review journal, that’s a fun coincidence.
I love the concept of the dolphin shifters so far and it’s a romantic suspense too, so it would count for my genre challenge as well.
That Jaxson cover is pretty hot. LOL Dangerous Tide sounds really good too. And Collision. Difficult choice! I hope you enjoy whichever wins!
Literary Feline recently posted…Sunday Post: Happy Easter!
I know, they all sound so good. It’s always difficult to pick my next read when I have so many different ones I want to be reading.
Couldn’t decide between a new series start like Jaxon or one from a series you’re already reading. I went with Collision. They all look pretty good so you’ll get a good book no matter what. 🙂
Sophia Rose recently posted…When Falcons Fall by C.S. Harris #Review
It’s a tie between Jaxon and Dangerous Tide at the moment and Collision isn’t far behind. It sure sounds like I made it a hard choice this month. And indeed they all look great!
I wish I could read them all this month, but I have a few deadline books to read first (which both sounds great too), so only space for one more Kobo book this month probably.
