The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
What happened this week?
Again my hopes for a calm and relaxing week didn’t quite take form, but we did get some things done, which was nice too. My partner and I tackled cleaning out this small storage area next to our living room this week. When we moved last year we put a bunch of stuff in there and realized we weren’t really using some of it, so we moved the things we didn’t really use to the attic instead so we have more space and can easier access the things we do need.
It was a very warm week here weather wise and it quite suddenly got very warm, so that was kinda hard to deal with. I don’t deal well with warm weather and with it happening so suddenly it felt even worse.
Gut wise I feel like things have stabilized now that I figured out a lot of what I can eat and what not. In a few weeks I want to try reintroducing some foods to see if I can eat them or not or how much as I removed some foods from my diet without knowing for sure they caused symptoms. One of the highlights of this week was finding these small gluten and lactose free cakes I could eat without symptoms, the texture was a bit weird, but the taste was good.
