The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
What happened this week?
This was a tiring week. I got a lot of work done finishing up the big formatting project I was working on and that’s mostly done now. Just might have to make a few more small changes. It felt good to have that done and I plan to take it easier the next few weeks.
I also made some progress figuring out which breads I can eat and I have found a few that I can eat 1 slice of without symptoms and some others I can actually eat more slices of, so that’s good and I have a few more breads I want to try. Dinner is also getting easier to know which foods I can eat and what not, so that’s some progress there as well. I did end up getting some symptoms after eating a nut mix that I thought was safe, but guess some of the nuts in there didn’t agree with my gut.
I got some nice walks in as well as another nice bike ride. We also had some very hot days, which was a bit much so suddenly as my body doesn’t deal well with warm weather and I overheated when I went outside as I wasn’t dressed cool enough for the weather.
