sunday post

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

What happened this week?

This was actually a decent week. My mood was pretty okay and I had a few days with some more energy, ofcourse I overdid it and had to take it easier the rest of the week. I am still strugling with not overdoing it on those days were I have some more energy, but it did feel nice to have some of those days and get some things done even though the days afterwards I hardly did anything. I made a change in my schedule to prioritize more relaxation and it seems to be helping so far.

Work wise I got a bunch of tasks done for two of the authors I do assistant work for. I also did the usual email and sign ups check and did some work on a new review opportunity that hopefully can live next week.

I also worked on the dmarc policy for my blog tour email address due to upcoming changes that go into effect on 1 February. I thought I had already set it all up, but that was something else instead, so when I went to double check I realized there was still stuff I needed to do. I think it’s all set up correctly now, but it took some time and effort to figure it out.

What did I read this week?

    • I feel like I am slowly getting a bit more energy, but it’s still a lot of figuring out what I can and can’t handle from day to day.

    • It’s great to be slowly feeling a bit better. I agree it was a bit frustrating to work through it all and figure it out, but it feels good to have it done now.

    • The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches was awesome, it’s very cozy with a found family theme and I really liked the characters. I can definitely recommend it.

    • Exactly! I have the motivation to work, but no energy. I feel like I am slowly getting a bit more energy and get better at managing my energy, so hopefully that progress continues.
