The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
What happened this week?
I am still very low on energy and didn’t get as much done this week. I did get some good news about something that will improve our financial situation, so that was quite the relief. My boyfriend and I went for a walk past some of the Halloween decorated houses nearby which was fun.
Sadly our clogged drain still isn’t fixed, the company that would stop by to fix it Friday called to move the appointment, which did not make me happy as it’s been almost 2 weeks already now that we deal with this. We can hardly use the faucet in the kitchen as the problem has gotten worse and it easily is too much and then dirty water comes up in our scullery. And my boyfriend unfortunately again got severe side effects from his medication, so he stopped again with those as well.
Work wise I wrapped up October’s assistant work and made a start on November’s work. I also got one of my already written blog posts for authors double checked and scheduled for next week. I wanted to work on the media kit for a review opportunity that got booked, but I haven’t gotten to that yet, so that’s my first priority for next week.
What did I read this week?
This week I blogged about:
– Review: Team Building for Friendly Hellhounds by Laura Greenwood
– Review: Mind Over Magic by Lindsay Buroker
– Review: The Body in the Back Garden by Mark Waddell
What to expect next week on the blog:
– Review: Pets in Space 8
– Review: Shadow Charms by Nellie H. Steele
Tours open for sign-up on Lola’s Blog Tours:
– Review Opportunity: Brave Women at Work Lessons in Confidence
– Review Opportunity: Brooke’s Win-Win Pony by Susan Count

I hope your boyfriend gets his medication worked out, Lola. It’s good to hear that your financial situation will help you all out. Believe me, I know that feeling. Have a wonderful week ☕📚🦃❄️😊

It sure have been some tough weeks with everything going on.
Wow, your boyfriend is really going through it trying to find a medication without a bunch side effects. I hope he’s able to find one. I cannot believe that it’s taking so long to get the drain unclogged. They need to get this fixed.
