The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
What happened this week?
This was a pretty good week. We had some nice weather this week, the temperatures went down a bit and we had some nice cool and sunny days. It really did wonders for my mood. We even had a little bit of snow, but it melted almost right afterwards again.
I got a migraine later in the week, but since last time I figured out when to take which medicines/ painkillers for best results and it worked again. So I hardly had any pain, mostly just struggling with the tiredness and low energy that comes with it. So I hardly get any work done those days, but at least I didn’t feel much pain. I am so glad I seem to have figured out the right timing and doses for the painkillers.
Work wise I got a lot done early in the week and then slowed down when the migraine hit. I finished up some tasks for the authors I do assistant work for and did some tour work too. I’ve been working on some upcoming tours and put a new blog tour live on my site.
What did I read this week?
This week I blogged about:
– Review: Pumpkin Carving For Superstitious Witches by Laura Greenwood
– Review: Shelf Life by Kelly Jensen
What to expect next week on the blog:
– Review: The Swan and the Rake by Laura Greenwood
– Review: Butchery and Bindings by A.C.f. Bookens
Tours open for sign-up on Lola’s Blog Tours:
– Review Opportunity: Lily Makes a Way by Susan Count
– Review Opportunity: Scattered Legacy by Marlene M Bell
– Review Opportunity: Silver Hollow book by Jennifer Silverwood
– Review Opportunity: Close Your Eyes by Chris Tomasini
– Blog Tour: Killer Case Files by Jamie Malton – 13 till 26 February
– Book Blitz: The Lost Journals of Bud Wiper by S.M. Morgan – 20 February till 5 March
– Blog Tour: Kidnapped Killer by Nina R. Schluntz – 20 March till 2 April – New!
Really great that you got some milder weather and sunshine so you could go out and enjoy it. Also good that you were on top of the migraine with your medicine and didn’t have the strong pain. Hopefully you’ll feel better soon. Way to go on all the books read and getting a tour set up.
Have a great week, Lola!
I am glad we had some nice sunny days this week and it’s good I figured out the medicine timings.
I’m glad you figured out your timing/dose on your meds. Migraines are such a pain (no pun intended lol). Hope you have a great week!

Yay for some sunshine, that really does wonders for my mood too! Sorry about the migraine, but I’m glad you seem to have figured out how to beat it! I have been hit with migraines a few times lately and I have not yet figured out my perfect remedy.
Hope you have another good week!

The sunshine really did wonders for my mood. I hope this medication keeps working, it took me months to figure out the timing and dosage. I hope you can find your perfect remedy for your migraines.
I miss snow until I remember shoveling it. LOL

We hardly get any snow here anymore the past few years and we don’t have anywhere to shovel, so that helps.
At least the medication worked for the headache. That’s a good thing.
