sunday post

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

What happened this week?

This was a pretty decent week. My energy levels were back to normal and I got a good amount of work done. It was nice to feel productive again, I finally feel caught up again with almost everything, it was quite the busy week work wise.

I had 5 tours run this week which was quite a lot, I hope to space things out more in the future. Then two media kits for tours starting next week that I had to send out. And I put a new sign up post live for a Middle Grade book with paperback copies available. I am working on a review opportunity for book 2 and a new tour got booked too, yay! After this busy month with lots of tours I hardly have any tours for the new few months lined up, so hopefully a few additional ones come in. I finished up the assistant work for one of my authors this week as well and made some progress on some others.

What did I read this week?

For a Pixie in Blue

For a Pixie in Blue was a bit slow at the start, but the second half was really good and I liked how the plot line about the crystals got resolved. The character and relationship development is great too.

Then I finished An Entanglement of Griffins by Carol Van Natta which is Pets in Space 7.

I also finished an ARC of Bonfire Night for Flammable Dragons by Laura Greenwood, which was a fun and lighthearted sweet paranormal romance book.

This week I blogged about:

– Review: Winter’s Orbit by Everina Maxwell
– Review: The Pie in the Scry by Ada Bell
