The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
What happened this week?
This week just didn’t go as smoothly. I felt kinda off for most of the week and didn’t have much energy. I still got things done, but it all went more difficult than usual.
Yesterday we visited my boyfriend’s parents to celebrate Christmas. There was plenty of good food and it was great to see them again for a longer time, as due to Corona we haven’t visited in a while.
I got my usual work done. I had two tours I organized running this week. I put live a new review opportunity on my site and am working on a bookstagram blitz that I hope to put live next week. I did some assistant work as well.
I don’t have much else to tell about my week, but I do have an awesome giveaway I want to tell you about.
Check out this giveaway by S.J. Pajonas!
Check out this awesome audiobook giveaway! Author S.J. Pajonas is giving away all 6 audiobooks in her Flyght series to 3 lucky winners. If you follow my blog for a while you probably know how much I love S.J. Pajonas’ books, she’s one of my favorite author.
I read this whole series and love it! I am now re-reading it by listening to the audio versions and it’s so much fun to re-experience the series in another way. The series is AI narrated and I never had given that a try, but I really like it. It is pleasant to listen to and I can definitely recommend it. You can enter the giveaway on her website here.
What did I read this week?
Pretend to be my Cowboy was a sweet romance story with a small town setting. I really enjoyed the characters and their romance. I am looking forward to getting to know all 7 sisters throughout the series.
The Water Legacy was a great sequel. I liked seeing where the story went and seeing Sophia and Liam’s romance develop. I was a bit annoyed by all the secrets they keep despite their epic live and the drama at the end. I am excited to see where the story goes next and started book 3 already.
Ballgowns & Butterflies was a fun Christmas themed novella set after the first book in the series. It reads like an extended epilogue as we see the couple celebrating Christmas. It was a lot of fun to read.
This week I blogged about:
– Review: Unjustified Claims by Kaje Harper
– Review: Stitch X for Murder by A.C.F. Bookens
What to expect next week on the blog:
