My Review

I received a free copy from the author and voluntarily reviewed it.

I like the Jinx Paranormal Dating Agency series and this was another fun book in the series. The story follows goddess Psamathe who falls in love in with seal shifter Zale. I enjoyed reading about them and seeing them figure out their feelings for the other and then finally making a move. There also is a Jinx event were Psamathe works and Aphrodite from one of the main books in the series makes an appearance.

I liked both main character and I liked seeing them interact. Psamathe is wary of loving again as she got her heart broken when her previous husband died and it was nice seeing her realize it was worth the risk. I liked the scene were they both shift into seals. Their romance is sweet with a bit of heat toward the end. There’s a nice epilogue that wraps it all up well.

I like the inclusion of a Jinx dating event, the beach setting as well as the mentions of the seal sanctuary. It’s a quick and fun romantic read and I enjoyed it.

To summarize: This is another enjoyable book in this series. I liked reading about goddess Psamanthe as well as seal shifter Zale. I liked seeing them interact and Psamathe eventually deciding to take a chance on love again. The scene with them shifting into seals was fun and I also liked the inclusion of the Jinx dating event being held there and the beach setting.
