He’s her childhood rival. But he’s about to become so much more…

After years on the professional snowboarding circuit, Ronnie deserves a break. But coming back home to Paradise Springs is hardly the relaxing escape she’s looking for. Between her sister’s upcoming wedding and her agent’s nagging, the pressure is mounting, and the last thing Ronnie needs is a run-in with Dallas King…

Her childhood nemesis offers nothing but taunts and digs. Ronnie’s already past her boiling point, and Dallas won’t let up. He’s irritating as heck. But he also gives her a run for her money and an outlet for her energy. In fact…

Her run-ins with the infuriating hottie might be exactly what she needs to let off some steam. Just for now, of course. It’s not like a little flirtatious competition can lead to something serious…right?

But Dallas has never backed down from a challenge. And Ronnie? She’s a challenge he can’t resist. Not only does she light a fire inside him, but something about her has awakened a protective spark. She needs his help, and despite her efforts to keep him at arm’s length, he’s not backing down.

Because when it comes to Ronnie Colbert…

Challenge accepted.

My Review

I received a free copy from the author and voluntarily reviewed it.

I like this series and was excited to read the newest installment. Fall for You tells the story of Ronnie and Dallas their romance. Dallas is bored at his current job, while Ronnie struggles with re-dicovering her passion for professional snowboarding after she suffered an injury. Besides that the romance of Willow and Eric continues as well and really progresses in this book. So it felt like getting two stories at the same time. I mostly thought this worked well, but at times I felt the romance of Willow an Eric overshadowed Dallas and Ronnie’s romance a bit. And Ronnie and Dallas’ their happy ending didn’t feel as high with the way Willow’s romance is going at that moment.

I really like seeing Willow and Eric’s romance progress throughout the past few books and I was really curious to read more about them. And I think their romance probably was the highlight of this book for me. There are some very sweet scenes between them and I liked seeing them grow closer. I like how Willow is so romantic and a dreamer and optimistic, while Eric is the opposite. They really have that grumpy-sunshine vibe. There also is some conflict toward the end and I am curious to see how that will be resolved as one of them did something that I am not sure how they will get past.

Despite the fact that I felt that Willow and Eric’s romance overshadowed the one between Ronnie and Dallas at times, I actually did really like their romance. Ronnie and Dallas both have a competitive spirit and the way their personalities mesh together was great to see. I really felt like they were a great match and made for a great couple. They really bring out the best in each other and I liked seeing them grow closer. I also appreciated how with the conflict between Willow and Eric ramping up, there wasn’t as much conflict and drama between Ronnie and Dallas. I really liked the way their romance progressed and the way they resolved both of their struggles in life. Seeing them grow together and become a team was fun.

There are also plenty of scenes involving the main characters from the first two books and it was nice seeing more of those characters as well and spend time reading about them and the small town and inn.

To summarize: I really liked this book. This is such a fun series and I liked reading about all the characters. Like in the previous books Eric and Willow’s romance continues throughout the series and I felt at times it overshadowed the romance between Ronnie and Dallas a bit. I really liked both romances though. Seeing Willow and Eric grow closer and the sweet moments they share was wonderful. I am curious to see how they will work through the conflict that occurred later on in this book. Ronnie and Dallas make for such great couple, I like the way they bring out the best in each other and the way they fit so well together. I liked seeing them growing into a great team and how they resolved both of their struggles. It also was fun to see more from the couples from the first two books and how they are doing now. I look forward to the next book!

    • Yeah it’s basically enemies to lovers, but this was more a competitive spirit than that they are really enemies. Usually not a trope I like, but I thought it worked well here.
