My Review
I really like this series and one of my goals for this year is to finish this series. Berry Infusion and Lots of Confusion was another great read in this series. I really enjoy reading about Willow and Azil. They got the offer to buy Azil’s curse from The Sect, but aren’t sure what to do with that offer and are considering things. Something happens in this book which makes them even more eager to get the Sect off their backs. Then there is Sabine whose back to the dig in Morocco and Spooky the cat is acting strangely.
I really like this series and this book kept my attention, there are some unexpected events and I liked seeing how Willow and Azil deal with everything. This book felt a bit stressful at times with how they aren’t sure what to do about the Sect’s offer for them to buy the curse. I am eager to see how the plot line with The Sect gets resolved.
I liked seeing more of Clover in this book and already having read her book it’s fun to see parts of that get referenced here. It was fun to see more of Spooky as well. And reading about Willow and Azil is always a joy, I really like the two of them together.
To summarize: This was another solid read in this series. I really like this series and reading about Willow and Azil. They make for such a great couple and I like seeing how they deal with everything. The offer of The Sect is hanging over their heads in this book and I was eager to find out how they deal with it. It could feel a bit stressful at times and I am curious to see how it gets resolved. There is more of Clover, Sabine and Spooky in this book as well. I look forward to the next one!
What a fun title! And it’s great when you just really like the characters as a couple. Glad this was another good book in the series!
