I enjoyed picking 5 books I wanted to read last autumn, so i decided to keep going with this and pick 5 books I want to read this winter.

5 Books I want to read this Winter

I am definitely sensing a theme here with the mostly cozy reads I picked for this winter. With my seasonal depression I am really gravitating towards cozy reads.

I’ll Be Home for Mischief is the fifth book in this Christmas themed cozy mystery series. I really like this series and I hope to read this one, book 5, this winter. Sometimes I like reading these in summer instead, but as I didn’t get to this one then I hope to get to it this winter.

All Spooked Up I got for review recently. And I thought this one sounded so fun with the main character taking over her father’s pain store and being able to see his ghost.

The Cookbook Caper I got for review recently as well and I hope to read this one as this sounds like a good one. I like the sound of the food theme as well as the mystery with links to history.

Guard in the Garden I recently bought and it sounds like the perfect cozy fantasy book for my tastes. This one sounds similar to Cursed Cocktails in vibes, with someone going out of the army or guard and finding a calmer life and I really enjoyed Cursed Cocktails. I like the sound of this one.

An Introvert’s Guide to Life and Love is one I got for review a while ago and still haven’t read yet. The main character sounds relatable and I usually like these type of stories with people finding their place.
