Excerpt:
When we made it back to the hayloft, Levi was waiting for us. He was leaning up against his truck, ankles crossed, and a lopsided grin on his face. I smiled at him, my heart rate steadily increasing with each step I took toward him.
“This is where I leave you,” Tucker said, giving my hand a gentle squeeze. “I’ll catch up later.”
“Thanks, Tuck.” We shared a look and the slow smile that spread across his face had my body flushing with warmth. He was so sexy when he did that. I watched until he got into his truck and left. Then I turned to face Levi. “So, where are you taking me?” This was turning out to be a lot of fun. It was like a live trip down memory lane.
Levi took my hand and we walked down the road, as if we were heading to Brody Nash’s house. Maybe they were having a surprise party for me there or something. That would be cool. I’d never had a surprise party before.
“I remember the first time I ever did this,” Levi said, holding up our entwined hands and giving my knuckles a kiss.
“Me too.” The first time he’d ever held my hand was the day we walked to Brody’s birthday party. Tucker hadn’t gone with us. I remember how weird it had felt to hold Levi’s hand. It was warm and sweaty, but even way back then I had liked it. And I liked it even more now.
We stopped walking before we made it to Brody’s house. Levi pulled me into his arms and cradled my face in his hands. “I wanted to kiss you that day,” he said, inching closer to my lips.
“You did?”
“Mmm hmm.” He nodded.
“Why didn’t you?”
“I was afraid you’d be real angry with me. I was nervous enough just holding your hand.”
I laughed, and he silenced me with a kiss that seemed to last forever and not long enough all at the same time. Levi’s kisses always had that effect on me. I was slightly dizzy when he released my lips. “Thank you for tonight,” I whispered.
“Here, this is for you,” he said, handing me a box that looked a lot like the one Tucker had given me.
It was a bracelet that matched the necklace from Tucker. I ran my fingers over the mermaid charm. “Are y’all trying to tell me something with all this mermaid stuff?”
Levi winked. “Maybe. You’ll just have to keep playing along to find out.”
Just then a car drove toward us and slowed. My heart lodged into my throat. My initial thought was that my parents had found me, but then as the car came to a full stop, I realized I was mistaken. I smiled. I knew that car.

Whose car is it? And where will Ali go next? Take a drive on over to Rori Shay’s blog and find out! (www.rorishay.com)

The Georgia Corbins
by Kara Leigh Miller

Blurb:
Ali Philips never thought anything could be more devastating than the day Levi and Tucker Corbin, her two best friends—her only friends—moved away. Three years passed without a single phone call, text message, or email from them and she’s resolved to the fact that she will probably never see them again. Until one morning when she comes face-to-face with Levi Corbin in physics class.

Little does she know, the Corbins have returned to Haldeen with only one thing on their minds: winning Ali’s heart. Ali soon finds herself in the middle of a love triangle she doesn’t want any part of. As she tries to reclaim the friendships she’s lost and to adjust to the unfamiliar feelings she’s having, she struggles with making the one decision that will forever change their lives: Levi or Tucker Corbin?

She’s always had a special bond with Tucker and feels most comfortable when she’s with him. But Levi brings her to life in a way she didn’t think was possible and makes her feel things she didn’t think she would ever feel. Torn between the two, Ali is certain of only one thing–by the time it’s over, she’ll lose one of her best friends.
