The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
What happened this week?
This week had it’s ups and downs. I still haven’t figured out how to resolve my blog issues and didn’t have as much time to work on it this week, but I have something I am trying that I hope will help. It’s been so frustrating dealing with this, so I hope I can finally fix things.
I did some assistant work early this week and we did a few smaller things for the house. And we looked into some way to get some financial aid after getting some bad financial news a few weeks ago, so let’s hope that pans out.
Then later in the week my usual period migraine hit, so I struggled with brain fog and not feeling as well, but it was not as bad as some months.
What did I read this week?
This week I blogged about:
– Review: The Taste of Lies by Mindi Briar
– Review: Body at the Bakery by Beth Dolgner
– Review: Swipe Right for Kuk by Laura Greenwood
What to expect next week on the blog:
– Review: Must Love Moss and Moonshine by Maisy Magill
– Review: A Witch’s Guide to Magical Innkeeping by Sangu Mandanna
– Review: Rite of Blood and Loss by Laura Greenwood
As I’m now still reeling from the loss of my lovely computer – I feel your pain regarding technical issues. One needs a clear head and lots of calm to deal with such problems, I find. Which is not always easy! I hope the coming week is an easier one, Lola.
I think maybe the blog issues are finally resolved, I hope so at least as this week I had less troubles. I agree on needing a clear head and calm as well as time to deal with it. It’s been such a frustrating few weeks dealing with it. I hope you’re doing well with your new computer.
Hoping the financial aid comes through for you. I feel those problems with my hospital bills I just got. Technology issues do suck. At first I couldn’t get to your blog to comment. But I tried again and hopefully this comment will go through! I hope you have a better week.

I hope so too. We got the appointment this week and I am feeling hopeful. Financial troubles are so stressful and I am sorry to hear you’re dealing with that as well. Thanks for trying again with your comment and for still visiting while I dealt with this. I think the blog issues might finally have been resolved, which would be a relief as it’s been stressful dealing with it.
Tech issues are so frustrating. Glad you got some author work and some work about the home done this week before the migraine kicked in.
Nice batch of reading this week.
Have a good week, Lola!
I am glad I got some things done before that migraine kicked in. And I think the blog issues might’ve been fixed now, I hope so at least.
I hate computer issues and hope you can get those resolved. My daughter had such issues with period cramps and heavy flows and finally got medication which has relieved it completely about 8 years ago. She has many other issues so it has been amazing to have that not hurting her. I hope this week is smoother.

Things got better this week with my blog, so let’s hope I got it all resolved now. That’s so good hear your daughter got medication that really helped with her periods. I can imagine that’s a big help to not have to deal with that. I might ask our new doctor about it once and see if they have more ideas as having those migraines every 4 weeks is hard.
I just got a new laptop and am still trying to figure it all out. I hope you get the blog problems fixed.
Good luck with your new laptop and figuring it all out. I hope I have the blog problems fixed now.
Sorry it was a rough week. I badly want to redesign my blog, but I’m scared because I usually break stuff when I mess with it.
It can be so hard to fix things when it comes to your blog. I know enough to run my blog, but not quite enough to fix issues when something is wrong.
