So yesterday was 1 July, that means we’re halfway throguh this year already. So I thought it would be nice to show you the best books I’ve read this year so far. Which means those books I gave 5 stars. So here you go:

– Boundless (Unearthly #3) by Cynthia Hand – Goodreads My Review
– Daughter of Smoke and Bone (Daughter of Smoke and Bone #1) by Laini Taylor – Goodreads My Review
– Debt Collector Season One (Debt Collector #1-9) by Susan Kaye Quinn – Goodreads – My review will be up on my blog tomorrow 🙂
– Earth Dwellers (Dwellers saga #4 & Country Saga #4) by David Estes – Goodreads
– Fire Country (Country Saga #3) by David Estes – Goodreads My Review
– Golden Dunes of Renhala (Renhala #2) by Amy Joy Lutchen – Goodreads My Review
– Iced (Fever #6 & Dani O’Malley #1) by Karen Marie Moning – Goodreads My Review
– Losing Francesca by JA Huss – Goodreads My Review
– The Calling (Darkness Rising #2) by Kelley Armstrong – Goodreads My Review
– The Rising (Darkness Rising #3) by Kelley Armstrong – Goodreads My Review
– Water&Storm Country (Country Saga #3) by David Estes – Goodreads My Review
Okay so I think I have gotten a bit stricter with dealing out 5 stars, because I have only read 11 5 star books this year and then 3 of those are from David Estes and also 2 books from Kelley Armstrong and one of those was a re-read. And 2 books on this list aren’t released yet.
Which are the best books you’ve read so far this year? Are any of my favourites also books you loved?

  1. WOW – I’m honored that Losing Francesca made the cut for you! Those are some great authors and books! 🙂 TY! (I’m a not-so-secret fangirl of Laini Taylor myself!)

    • I loved Losing Francesca! It got 5 stars from me and this list contains all the 5 stars rating of the last half year.

Daughter of smoke and bone was a 5 star read for me, although the sequel was a 4 star read for me. In my opinion the first book was better 😉
